Jacob was a great guide throughout the home-buying process. Being first-time buyers we really had no idea what we were doing and Jacob was more than happy to take the time to explain things to us in detail, answer any questions we had, and to help us set realistic expectations for what we would be able to find in our market. We definitely started the process of looking for a place rather late considering when our existing lease was up, but Jacob helped out create a timeline that helped us stay as stress-free as possible while keeping us on track to find something in the amount of time we had. He even went out of his way to present us with alternative living arrangments that we could use should we have to move out before we found a place. One of the things that impressed me the most though was when he stopped by the day after we closed (mind you, after he really no longer had any obligation to us whatsoever) to drop off a gift basket to congratulate us on our new home - it doesn't get much better than that!"
